Believe it or not, I actually got some chores done today.

And that's saying something, because if Diablo IV was this good at any point last year, it would have definitely been near the top of my Best Games of 2023. You know, instead of being omitted entirely.

So let's just say that Armored Core VI absolutely just got smacked out of the running for Best Yesteryear Game.

    Updates and Such

Well, as a thunderstorm rolls overhead (and hopefully doesn't knock power out), I thought I'd offer some updates on what I've been up to.

Long story short, I'm pretty much in gaming overload at the moment.

This week, cover half of Pipp's face in mud, and her fans don't recognize her. Not like she has a cutie mark or anything.

Pipp living the Tony Hawk experience.

Yeah, it's Chapter 4's masquerade ball all over again. That or one of Team Rocket's disguises. So I stopped watching after Johto, but is there any point where Ash and co. see through the disguises immediately, but play along just to see where Team Rocket goes with it? I mean, besides the Vermilion Gym episode?

I'm reminded of a number of FiM episodes here:

- There's the one where Rarity puts the others in charge of getting her Manehattan boutique location up and running, and they struggle trying to do it the way they think she wants it until they realize that she expected them to get it done by playing to their own strengths.

- And then there's the one where Trixie is applying for the vice headmare role at the school and skates through all the trials (consisting of tasks that a teacher, not a vice principal, would be responsible for) through sheer nepotism despite fumbling all of them, until Starlight blows up on her and points out that Twilight is able to hand important roles to her friends because they (usually) know what they're doing.

I mean, Izzy's not wrong. I'm sure everyone has asked that exact question about mud masks. But only she would go as far as giving Pipp's customers makeovers of twigs and swamp gunk.

By the way, doesn't Pipp have employees? Pretty sure the last time Sunny tried to style another pony's mane, she was really bad at it. For that matter, why was Pipp's delivery abandoned in the mud? Was the delivery pony taking a two-hour shit? And of all the things Pipp could've asked for her friends' help with, why not call them to pull her shipment out of the mud? Izzy can levitate with her magic, Hitch has Poison Ivy powers, both he and Zipp can pull, and Sunny can do all three.

You know, I used to think living in Equestria would be really great for someone with prosopagnosia, but now I’m starting to think differently.

Also, Izzy saved the day for once. Which, I don’t think has happened before…

Also the time Henry Cavill stood in Times Square, surrounded by ads and posters for Batman v Superman, and no one recognized him.

I mean I don't blame the others to improvise this is basically what happened with the main six when they have to improvise when Celestia and Luna were on vacation and it did not go very well but in the end we work it out

Sometimes, ponies be stupid.
