Here are some of my random ideas for stories or worlds. These may have been done before, but I haven't seen them. Feel free to use, as long as you post a link to your story in the comments. Righty-o!
1. Lyra Heartstrings in Equestria
Lyra is a regular human with a rather odd name. She plays the lyre, and has several friends at her school/job/whatever. However, one day she wakes up to find she's a brightly coloured unicorn, and the misadventures begin.
2. Persona Shift
The adventures of:
- Rainbow Sparkle the Unicorn, Element of Magic
-Twilight Dash the Pegasus, Element of Loyalty
-Flutter Pie the Earth Pony, Element of Laughter
-Pinkieshy the Pegasus, Element of Kindness
-Jack Belle the Unicorn, Element of Generosity
-Rarity Apple the Earth Pony, Element of Honesty

3. The Alicorn War
A great, 100 year war is still raging, between the Solar Military and the Lunar Rebellion. On each side is 3 of the elements, as well as various others (Feel free to modify/add/remove. This is just what I came up with):
