...Despite taking 90 minutes to put this baby together after work:
The Next Level Racing Wheel Stand 2.0.
I'm probably gonna look into getting some locking caster wheels for it, because sweet Celestia is it hard to move out of the way when I'm done with it.
American Truck Simulator takes me back to my driving days, while Wreckfest is crazy fun with the force feedback. What I don't have any experience with is racing simulation, which will likely have to wait until Forza Motorsport releases in October, and hopefully by then I'll have picked up some load cell pedals.
Anyway, think I'm going to take the rest of the evening to try and get a chapter update out. Hope everyone's day went well!
Unrelated to what you are talking about, but I look at that table and I have visions of it snapping in half. Makes me shiver.
As for my day, it's alright, got some BG3 to look forward here in a few minutes, and your chapter if you get that out tonight.

Heh, it actually has metal supports underneath. It's quite sturdy.
That stand looks a lot more sturdy than I expected. Next Level Racing makes some good stuff!

It is very sturdy so far; thus why it's a chore to move out of the way when I'm not driving.
Have you tried playing old racing games with this like Test Drive or Need for Speed?

Not yet. Just American Truck Simulator, BeamNG Drive, and Wreckfest so far.
