Sparky being destructive as ever.
Hitch is the second greatest source of disorder in town. Kind of ironic.
I guess Hitch's talent is nurturing destruction.
Mistiy's life's goal was complete. But let's move the goalpost. Now it has to sparkle.
Misty has a flashback where she remembers that she has dementia and can't remember any of the flashbacks.
Hitch and Sparky really have chemistry between them. Not sure if that is healthy.
So, Misty's cutie mark represents being trolled? Maybe she was better off without one.
"My cutie mark doesn't work." - Join the club. Nopony seems to have it on the other side, for some reason.
"I'm an imbecile, Sunny." "I know exactly how you feel, Misty, I'm virtually an immortal God. The most overpowered being on the planet. I can totally relate to you."
Misty in the mystical light.
"If I have a problem, it sucks, but if I spread that problem to everypony else, it makes me feel better because I know others are suffering as well."
Sunny is blind to the ice queen beside her because she's as obsessed with herself as she usually is.
And she lost her cutie mark. Back to square one, I guess.
Sunny used her ground-to-air missile to kill the magical butterfly.
Izzy goes Tempest Shadow on everypony.
If that wasn't a loud cry to ship Misty and Hitch together.
Izzy: He's husband material, Misty. And I know you've been staring at his plot.
That was pretty good on their part. It makes these characters more believable and not just another stereotype.
Hold on a minute, Misty's sparkle is white. And now Sunny's is glowing lavender. In fact, Hitch's sparkle was butterscotch at the beginning of the episode.
...has the show been keeping track of their sparkle up til now, or was it just this episode given that it's focusing on sparkles? Because those colors are lining up with the Mane6's coats and our alleged belief of who each character is likely intended to be.
I think it represents a bond of kindred spirits or sharing a connection with someone. She has a habit of conversing with others (be it little critter or inanimate object) and it's usually over what she's feeling and experiencing.

I doubt the authors are working overtime, though. Sometimes it feels like they're just throwing everything and the kitchen sink in there, hoping that something will stick.
