I need helo finding a fimfiction where the premis is that the reincarnated human gets stuck as a earth pony but gets biologicalmanipulation as his little power, then he gets a cutie mark that basically boosts his power to true bio-kenetic

Other things I remember is that he is able to become a artificial alicorn, is in the past but its after loonas banishment, he does cosmetic surgery, other medical business ventures, hes a child for the entirity of the story well at least from when i last read it.
