Per tradition, I’m making a new 50-questions blog on the same day every year as a way for you all to get to know the most recent “me”!

…I’m actually just coming back from a solo trip to Kaua'i🌴, and wrote most of this on the plane…brief vacation blog post coming soon.
1. What is your first name?
Not comfortable sharing that. I can say I share a name with a high-level US politician (no relation).
2. How old are you? 23. Another year older.
3. What country are you from?
United States
4. What do you really look like?
Average four-eyed Asian male who wouldn’t look out of place in a tech campus or esports tournament. (I’ve never worked at or participated in either.)

7. What is your favorite ship in My Little Pony and why?
Favorite G4 ship: I’ll still say Sunflower.
Favorite G5 ship: Misty x Zipp. I’m torn between this and Zipp x Hitch, but Zipp and Misty just have this chemistry, I dunno. Maybe because they're such an archetype of the butch/femme dynamic. 
8. What is your least favorite ship and why?
Least favorite romantic ship? Sunny x Hitch. I don’t dislike the pairing, but I really see them as more a brother/sister who maybe tried the romance thing once or twice, but later realized it made their friendship awkward.
9. Have you admitted to anyone outside of Fimfiction that you love MLP?
Select family and friends. I’ve also shared my interests with a few colleagues.

11. Favorite MLP Episode?
I’ll need to rewatch some of G4, but I relate a lot to Amending Fences cause I definitely feel like I’ve made social mistakes that came back to bite me later…
As for G5, I love the multipart series with Misty and Alphabittle (Family Trees and Father of the Bridlewood).
12. Who is your favorite superhero?
My mother.
13. Who is your favorite anti-hero?
Misty, if she counts. If not, Opaline is surprisingly likeable for a red and black alicorn OC
14. Favorite supervillain?
Cozy Glow. just cozy glow.
15. Favorite anti-villain?
Misty.
16. What was the last book you read?
I’ve been starting to read more physical books since discovering the public library. Excluding Fimfiction, I recently read “Gender Euphoria”, an anthology of essays from authors all along the transgender spectrum. I have mixed feelings on it.
17. Last movie you watched?
I just watched a Japanese animated film called The Tunnel to Summer, The Exit of Goodbyes on the plane. It had a surprisingly sweet and happy ending despite me bracing myself for a tragedy.
18. What is your favorite song at the moment? I have the Cafeteria song stuck in my head and want to cover it, but I know it’ll sound pretty lame-o singing it alone lol.
19. What song do you always come back to?
“I wanna be a girl” by Mafumafu.
His voice is just so unique, especially to Western listeners. I would love to have a vocal teacher give an in-depth analysis on how a 30+ year-old man like him can sing like an anime girl. My guess is he's using falsetto and head voice with feminine resonance, similar to how trans women change their vocal resonance to feminize their voices.
20. What is your current job?
Waterproofing/building enclosure engineer.
21. If this is not your final job what job do you want in the future?
I do enjoy my current job and my colleagues, and hope I will be able to stay for a while.
22. What is your dream job?
I would love to do some YouTube content or femboy related content as a side hustle.
23. At this moment in your life, what is your greatest achievement? Embracing my interest in feminine clothing, including shopping in the women’s section a few times, going out occasionally in women’s clothes, and even going to work a few times in women’s clothes (albeit in a more unisex/androgynous style).
24. At this moment in your life, what is your greatest failure? Probably not starting to learn makeup sooner.
25. Do you have any pets? Ten plush toys 
26. What is your dream pet?

27. Do you own any weapons? Any tool can be a weapon in the right (or wrong) hands. Kitchen knives, rope, etc.
28. Is there a gun you really want?
No.
29. What Religion are you?
New Age. I follow the Law of Attraction.
30. If you could hang out with one person in all of history who would it be? Assuming no language barrier, it would be interesting to talk with Norio Tsukudani. I’d be interested to know her motivations for writing the manga she writes and creating the content she creates…I won’t link but you can look up if interested.
31. If you could bring back one person from the dead for one day who would it be? I wouldn’t do this. It would be cruel to the person to be alive for one day only to perish again.
32. Are you political?
I consider myself a liberal who talks to conservatives. I like to form my own opinion on issues rather than agreeing with something for the sake of picking a side.
33. Are you married? No.
34. Do you have a special somepony? No. I had some reflection on this traveling alone in Hawaii recently, where so many people were traveling in pairs and groups. At this point in my life I feel like it would be nice if the right man or woman came along, but if it doesn’t happen it’s fine. I don’t feel like that’s the thing standing in the way of my happiness.
35. Have a crush on anyone? No.

37. Do you consider yourself attractive?
Not really but more and more with each passing day.
38. If you could spend one day with someone still alive who would it be?
My mom probably.

40. Any embarrassing secrets you would like to share?
I have what is known in the medical community as noodle arms. 
41. If you have done any stories/art what is your favorite piece(s)?
I’m starting to make song covers! It’s a whole new learning experience but I feel I’ve gotten better since I took voice lessons.

43. What is the craziest thing you have done in your life that you have no regrets about?
Crossdressing. I’m lucky that in the Bay Area, almost no one bats an eye.
44. What is the craziest thing you have done in your life that you have regrets about? Anytime where I backed out of something I wanted to do due to fear. I don’t know if it counts as “crazy” but there are so many instances I can’t even count.

47. What are some of your favorite FiM stories?
I unfortunately don’t read much, so take my opinions with a grain of salt. But some new recent favorites:
This was a unique take on how Cozy Glow became evil and her connection with Flurry Heart.
I heard this at Iron Author, and wow, superb story in its own right. Let alone the 2 hour time limit that it was written in.
