Local legend and regular commenter Skeeter The Lurker needs help!

Now, we all know Skeeter and he's been part of our community since it started, across the years he's helped others in their time of need, and his presence as part of us has always been reassuring. He's not the first one to ask for help, and those of us who have had to swallow our pride and do so know how hard it can be... but he's asking for help now, and I feel like we can and should help if we can.
