Apparently it's a current gen remaster of Sonic Generations with a completely separate Shadow campaign.
But yeah, what was wrong with Sonic Generations & Shadow? Sonic and Shadow Generations?
I like to think that Sega is trying to manipulate 'Sonic X Shadow' search results with this game.
I hope they don't fuck this up like the Sonic Colors remaster.
So at first I read that Shadow's getting his own campaign and levels, and I wonder if that means we'll get a better Radical Highway than the one in Sonic Gens 3DS. Then I read that a lot of it's based on his 2005 game. I've seen Shadow levels modded in either the Unleashed or Gens engine, and they were decent, so now I'm morbidly curious.

Heck, I'm just surprised that Sega is actually acknowledging Shadow 2005, because Black Doom is a prevalent villain in Shadow's campaign.
I only played it once, and it was the last Sonic game I played for awhile, because, well, because of the abomination that came the next year.
I hope they have their safesearch on.
I'd love a Sonic CD remake. I loved that one... plus that was the highest quality video opener I'd ever seen on a computer screen before. So... memories.
