I'm Back. · 4:32pm May 4th
Been five years, hasn't it? Five. Very long. Quite eventful years. And in that time, I haven't so much as even taken a peep at this website. And it felt like the right time is now to come back.
So, let's do some catching up.
The rest of 2019 went on as usual back then. Until the end of that year that is. Not because of the start of the Pandemic, but the fact I finally got a full time job as an Amazon Employee.
Covid came at it's worse and I was laid off. Juggling through different employers, I eventually landed on a Lowes store. That store alone saved my life, and has since been my job. There have been ups and downs, some recent frustrations, but I have been doing much better than I have in the past decade.
Rightfully so; I can pay rent and my student loans far more easily in the same month. I have health insurance. After a few more choice decisions, I've finally gotten a Nintendo Switch. Two more choice decisions, and I've gotten me a couple of very powerful computers, one of which is a two in one laptop that I take to work. I find modeling and animation very comforting.
And speaking of which.
Don't mind, the watermarks. I'm taking a calculated risk coming back here with the precautions I do nowadays with Deviantart. Diving into the Unreal Engine as well is giving me hope for regaining my sense of fun.
Now, the big question your fingers are itching to type. Will I go back to my stories on here? Expand the Jongojiverse, maybe my own take on an EG Godzilla vs Kong story?
It may have been the past, but it still lingers on in my head. I am long teeth and long memory. And you how I mentioned I didn't look at this website in those five years?
I lied.
I read some blog posts a few months back, and noticed instances animosity to those who write G5 stores to the point that the afflicted... you know...
To that end, I still won't write stories on this website. Even if the people responsible for others misery, and my own past misery, are gone, others will come around.
What I will do, however, is a series of blog posts of what I've plan to do, or had planned. "Had" referring to the growing possibilities that files get corrupted, websites becoming abandoned domains, and other instances considered acts of God.
If I want my return here to be comfortable, no more of that.

A shame you won't make more MLP stories here, much less continue the EQG Monsterverse, but understandable.
