Crystalline being taken down due to revisions · 12:31am Mar 2nd, 2012
I've recently reread my story, and have decided there is a bit more I can do to make Crystal's character more believable. I want her to be as realistic as possible, so I am taking this down so I can rework some of it. If you've read my previous blog post, then you know this might take a while, as I am a very busy person, with excessive amounts of stress and frequent bouts of stress-related illness. These revisions might take a few months because of this, and I am deepley sorry.
Thank you all for faving, tracking, and commenting as much as you did. It means a lot to me, which is why I want to make the story even better for you!
Again, as the artist of the cover image, I do promise more art of Crystal, since many of you have asked for it.

Good luck with your revisions! I hope you get more of the therapeutic benefits of writing and less of the stress, now that it's out of the eye of this site's legion.

thank you very much! and I will, don't worry. it might be a while though, and I'm sorry to put everyone through that. It's just that I'm rather overextended in my life outside of this, and the stress often makes me sick.
I'd rather be a little more stress-free with this story, so I'm going to take my time. Thanks for understanding, and not hating me XD

Oh well, nothin' to do but wait. In case you didn't see the comment I left on the story itself, I'll ask again here. I read Crystalline yesterday and got a great idea. I was wondering if it was all right with you if I use Crystal in a fic involving her and my OC Dev, who also has a very outlandish appearance and went through pretty much the same thing when he first came to Ponyville. NO CLOP. The basic plot is that Crystal meets Dev and they become friends. He helps her become more comfortable with who and what she is. If you do give me permission to use her, I will let you decide whether or not my fic is canon once it is finished. Please respond ASAP because I've already started writing it and I don't want to do a bunch of work for nothing.

ooooh, I'm not so sure...only because I like keeping my OC's in their own little universe, but hey, that's not to say you can't make your own OC to compliment Dev! And hey, since it's your OC anyway, it'll be easier, more believable, and more compatable with your story!

22968 What Knighty is saying is that it's against the rules to repost a story that you already deleted, you're supposed to hide the story then make your revisions. The reason is because it's stealing the spotlight again on the main page from other stories when yours already had its time in the light. Knighty is offering to restore your story to the site so that you can do that.
