Writer's Block: My Athlete's Wall

Right, so you may have noticed that I haven't updated in a while (big shocker there), but this is different problem than just laziness. I've hit a point where now I can't tell where I want to take this thing. There's a few definites that are planned, but aside from that I'm kind of lost. My original plot-line was blown out of the water a few chapters back, so now I'm almost making it up as I go.

New Shaptar ETA

I know I'm legendarily terrible at due dates and keeping to set times, and a lot of the time when I say I'm writing I'm really on LOLcats with word document open, but I can say with the utmost confidence that if by some miracle tomorrow actually ends up being a snow day, you will have a chapter then. If not, than probably the next day at an absurd hour of the night.

Well I'm sure most of the people currently following me have probably forgotten that I even exist any more. Just here letting you know that I'm back and raring to go again! It has bee FAR too long since my last update. I'm ashamed to even call myself a writer any more. But hey, that's changing RIGHT NOW!
You might have noticed -if anyone still pays attention after that massive hiatus- that I've gone completely dark. Well in all honesty I can't give you a reason why because for all intents and purposes there was no reason. Not even laziness. I just all of a sudden stopped writing for god knows why, but I'm back, I'm excited and I'm feeling ready to get this damn story finished! Not that it's close to it's conclusion yet, I'm planning on 70k words, but we'll see how that goes.
Anyways, just letting everyone know that I'm back on the radar, and by the time this blog post will be read I will have probably eaten away a chunk of what needs to be done for the next chapter. I feel a little more experienced now from a few side projects and I'm hoping that this next chapter will reignite that flame I had going when I first started this project.
