I was originally going to have the new story be an HiE done 'planet of the apes' style, but don't I finish 5 chapters, go look at the new stories page, and find no less than three such stories. So, I'll make a new story, but it's going to be entirely different than what I originally had in mind, and so, will take a lot longer to come out. In the mean time, I'm working on my other stories for the birthday mega upload. Does anyone know how to put images in stories that are NOT online? I mean just copy paste somehow from my computer, not have to enter a URL.
I'm pretty sure putting images that way is impossible

Here is how: You rub a magnet over your hard drive, it worked for me.
Okay find a website that you can upload images to like tinypic.com and then link it to the story through the embed pic button.
That should do it....
I hope that I have nothing going on the day after your "Mega-Upload." I simply CANNOT sleep on unread updates. I can't sleep on couches, either.
The way you get an image onto a fimfiction fic is by pasting the URL of one in a story. Or you can hire a hacker to modify the website. I recommend the latter, but, if you want it done the first way, then I suggest uploading the image to tinypic.com and URLing that.

would say, "Mah barn door don't swing dat way" Thank's for the info regarding TinyURL, I'll look into it. Since I have no money, I can't get a hacker, and the whole morals thing gets in the way. They really ought to just change the website to be copy-paste compatible, I mean, what, is this the 1990's? Who ISN'T clipboard compatible?
You could always put the pictures you want to use on an image uploading site like Photobucket or something.
237185 I remember at the chapter when Griffin first went to Ponyville, I got SOOOO stuck on that chapter, I didn't know what to do, and I almost scrapped the fic. Totally glad I didn't.
