fimfiction.net should not be a community where authors are bullied for their choice of genre.
Yet, this four-part series wouldn't come about for no good reason, I think.
I won't digress about possible methods of resolving these issues, since my opinions on such topics will be discounted (and with good reason) in any case. However, such large-scale, coordinated attacks should not be condoned on a community-oriented site like this.
I understand that the administration does not desire a "walled-garden" community akin to Equestria Daily, however the line in the sand needs to be drawn somewhere.
I am not "threatening" to leave, as others have done to greater or lesser effect, since such "threats" have absolutely no value or weight. I'd simply like to draw further attention to these issues, which, I think, are not limited to Chatoyance's particular case as spurred on by an external "source" (Spacebattles, as described in her blog post).

Sidenote, anytime I need a laugh at how people are stupid, closed minded, immature, and somewhat retarded, I run to Chatoyance's page and pull up any story or blog and begin reading.
I'll give this stuff a read, see if there's anything in it.
Seeing how online harassment is becoming an issue even on site's where 'Love and tolerate' is supposed to be expressed, it seems that human nature gets the better of us. I see fellow Bronies fight with each other because one doesn't like something the other did. Seeing that because of the internet we can view a lot of hurtful people and many that we share a common interest in. It's astonishing to see such cruelty on a site like this. So really no matter how hard we try we can't change.

Sometimes I think that the TCB stories themselves are trying to express that very message. I don't agree with the way that most of the genre's stories take it to a blatant extreme, however the irony is almost palpable. It's almost as if the bullies hate TCB for exposing them for what they are.

Perhaps some percentage of the bullies have already been (forcefully?) Converted, and are fighting against their pony brains to continue the fight, hating Chatoyance for giving Celestia the "wonderful" idea -- presumably via some form of carefully-imported technology.

Okay we are talking about conversion. I honestly thought we were talking about all genre that has bullies among them. Personally I find them interesting like Jaguars. My point being is that it isn't only conversion being hanged it is stories with poor grammar, sex, and human that I see ripped apart from the community.
