Also to give a different perspective to what all these other guys are doing with their 's, 's, and 's
I've gone months without having put anything assassin related or backstabs or whatever ninja backflip thing air assassination kills, etc, simply because I am too overburdened with work, IRL stuff, and of course: Video games.
Nothing quite reduces stress more than leaping down onto enemies for a stealthy attack. Video games are easy to pick up and they require less time and motivational input to want to get things done. With both writing and videos, there's editing and either way that's a pain in the butt. Writing isn't the same like gaming: take Fallout for instance.
In the game it's: "I shot the guy with my gun, blood went everywhere." while in writing... yeah, try describing that vividly and in an interesting manner. *Ahem* "My hand grasped the barrel of the 12-gauge weapon held by the trigger, with a pull the gun explodes releasing a high-velocity... etc" Obviously, it takes more time to get ready for writing and to do the after-edits.
And making them sound badass.

Though having gone without writing for so long (minus some side stuff), many people may and can point out the many grammar errors within this comment. POINT THEM!!
Writing can be a mentally demanding task especially when 100% of the time, you know WHAT you want to write, but you need the fillers and the actual drive to open that damn Microsoft Word document that's been taking space up on the desktop to add in the 2000 or so words.
Recently, playing Dishonored has given me many fic ideas as well as scenes, next on my list happens to be... Dark souls...
