    50ish Weeks

Wow. Seriously I have been unable to load this site for that long.

    In other news:
    Pros:
    I am still alive
I am not in Afghanistan (Haven't been for a fairly long time)
    Cons:
    Not in the US
Not in a location that furthers my contract (contract can be considered "extended" for the foreseeable future)

It has been brought to my attention

    That my cousin:

    1: Got himself a DVR
2: Got himself a YouTube account (finally)
3: Understood that GoldenArbiter becomes incredibly bored

    I am alive

As the title say, I am.

Onwards to what has nerfed me from this and many other sites. (I've been gone, what, a month?)
    1. I have been really busy due to my work with an average of 108.5 hrs of my being active in my job.
(If that doesn't make full sense, ask and I might be able to explain better)

Update · 11:39pm Jun 25th, 2013

I have finally returned to this site.
As it has been about 4 weeks since I was here and I will do a quick and dirty info-give.

I was declared MIA for about 2 days during the past 4 weeks due to a complication in one of missions assigned. I have, for a week it seems, been in the process of debriefing. As you can tell I was allowed back on my internet today.
Thanks to this little, personally jarring, scare I have double checked and insured that in the event of my death or capture that I will have the information, various funds and material properly placed and moved to specified locations and owners.
All that to say: My cousin will inform you of the above by use of this account.

I am more than a little tired, so I will bid you all adieu for now. Feel free to ask questions and I will get to them.
Debriefing seems to be a "feel-good term" for: Interrogated by your own guys.

Still deciding on if your deployment is worse than mine currently... Also, when was the last time we talked? You knew I was in the army now, right?

Remember, army = gay :moustache:

Hey, have you stopped smoking yet? :rainbowkiss:

1168504 That is a good question as I know not the answer:rainbowderp:
I have indeed been informed of such, and am currently reading the CA(Conventional Army) BS you seem to be in.

For mine:
+ Unconventional Army, Combat
- Afghanistan, Combat
Combat counts for both because:
+ Breaks-up the boredom
- Deadly

For You:
+ Non-Combat Zone, Home Country.
- Conventional Army, Conventional Army
Yes, Conventional Army mentality/mind-set sucks that hard.

1168514 Nononononono.
Army = Fuck any real logic.

Down to 0.5 cigarettes a month. Nearly.

1168531 Erm, not 100% true on the conventional army front. I've seen what it's like in real units. I've participated in conversations with Sgts who weren't part of my COC.

Life can get better... I just... need to not be on PAT...

1168537 Sehr gut, mein Freund :moustache:

1168541 Unconventional army makes any Conventional army section lose it's appeal:unsuresweetie:

"Life looks best, and worst, from rock-bottom"
Having the "right" superiors makes a very big difference I admit. PAT = Problem Action Team correct?

1168544 yay!

1168559 Personnel Awaiting Training. And yes, you are right. Leadership is the key to morale. There is no other factor (except small comforts, which are the leaders responsibility to deliver).

In October I get shipped across the country to do my Soldier Qualification (BMQ-L), and and then in November, I get shipped across the country to my driver-wheeled course. Then I come back here for december, then in march, I get shipped across the country for my actual trade training. Then in July (next year), I get posted to my real unit, as a real sub-human being.

1168578 Acronyms, how very many faces you can wear to those who forgot to make connections. I have been rather lucky in regards to leaders, only had one poor leader who was quickly ousted from the military. That particular forgot his "friends" cared a little more for the UMCJ than him.

Ouch, slow going for your training. At least you don't have to pay the ticket fee's, though sometimes it would be better if one could.

1168620 ... So long as they ship me via westjet, I'm good. They give free extra baggage allowance to military members.

I have no idea what a UMCJ is.

1168624 Probably an American Acronym.Uniform Military Code of Justice.

Basically: Laws that apply to Military personnel only. He was chaptered out (found guilty of breaking a law within the UCMJ) due to possession and use of Spice (Synthetic Marijuana)
Apparently he pissed hot for it. Then they checked out his quarters and he had something near a pound of it. ~0.45kg

1168641 ... Huh... Apparently theres a cocaine problem floating around my floor... We'll all get shit on if someone is doing crack.

1168648 The only legal drug, other than prescription, is alcohol in the UCMJ, I think.
Crack would get any unit I've been in (2 total :rainbowlaugh:) some serious, required, "makeover".
Hope that person doesn't get caught 'till you shift floors or buildings. :twilightoops:
