Updates: Trips and new WIPs · 10:27pm Jul 4th, 2013
Hey everyone (at least those who read these things). Thought I'd first make a little apology. I've been working my ass off as a Coordinator at a Scout Camp, so I haven't had much time to write or read. It sucks, but I'm getting paid, so all's well that ends well I guess.
As Long As You're Living is still waiting in the wings of EqD for (dis)approval, so we'll see how it turns out. Let's hope this one makes it.
I have been hard at work on two more fics: one a Dark/Adventure, the other a Adventure with Comedic/Sad elements. I have been assisted thus far by the truly wonderful RainbowDri on the first, and have run some ideas past my commenter numero uno Jagg on the second. Their input has been invaluable, and thus far things seem to be turning out well. Both fics show some promise, and with a little more time to work out the kinks, get them up to snuff and get everything ship-shape: I'll release them ere too long.
Speaking of ship-shape: I'll be off on a week-long trip to the Bahamas in less than 10 hours time. I will attempt to finish up the second chapter of one of the new works, but we'll see how time and internet I will be able to find in the States and over in the islands. If anything I'll whip out a legal pad and develop some hardcore carpal tunnel during the nights aboard. Anything to get another story out, I'd love to get back into the swing of things.
Stay awesome, my friends. I said I'd spend a little more time on the site, but summer job and plans have been exhausting and not having internet makes that infinitely worse. I'm sorry to have broken that promise, but you'll be seeing two long serialized adventure stories from me in the next little bit. Hopefully you enjoy them.
