Hello again everyone. How have y'all been? It's been some time since my last blog post.
I've been good, to say at the least. Senior year isn't very different from the others, no complains till now.
I don't know if I told you guys, but I submitted my fanfic 'I Couldn't Save You' to Equestria Daily.
So I have my first chance to being published in the top brony page and be widely recognized as an author...

... and it's gone.
Yeah, that's right. It was rejected. Here's some what those guys said:
Thank you for submitting "I Couldn't Save You" to Equestria Daily. Unfortunately, after reading your story, I do not feel it is the sort of thing we are looking to post, as it would require massive revision to the core concept in order to be reconsidered.
They mentioned that Rainbow Dash had major characterization issues, which I can definitely see the flaw right there and accept it. One cannot simply imagine RD all wrecked and crying for almost everything now, can it?
But I enjoyed writing the story and had fun with it too. That's what truly matters to me.
Now for interesting news...
I've started to work on the draft of my new story, but it will take some time to be finished though. It's going to be a short one, probably a one shot. If all goes well, it may be up in the site for the next few weeks.

Yea, that's really stiff that they couldn't publish it, it was an awesome story but I get where they're coming from as well

Yeah, I'm still happy that they didn't complain about grammar, punctuation and stuff. That's good points for me!
Now I know what I really need to work on is characterization and plot development. And for that, time to re-watch the episodes and read some of the finest fanfics this site has to offer. Heh, it'll take a lot of work. But I can promise that I'm just getting started
