Very nice. Where's Saddle Arabia, though? Also, the official map released shows that Equestria has two coastlines, an east and a west coast.

Saddle Arabia is a bit further south, just outside of the map. In this map, Equestria does have two coasts, although they're north and south instead of east and west. I took some artistic liberties
