Guess I've got some 'splainin' to do...

I'm a terrible person when it comes to deadlines. I haven't updated my story in nearly a month, and I said I'd try and do regular updates. As an apology, I am writing chapter 5 now. It'll come. I swear. As for the why it is late, I guess I better start at the beginning.

at the point of the last update, school was nearly out. school took up several days of my time until it finished, so no updates then. The next thing that happened is that my mother came over for a visit for the entirety of the holidays. (Parents are divorced. Long story. No time.) so there goes two weeks worth of time I could be writing. then school started, so that took up my time. And no, my weekends are packed enough as it is, I cannot write then either.
(that and I'm easily distracted, so I end up reading instead.)

but as of now, I'm a lucky bastard and school allows me some time back. (less homework, for the time being) so, yeah. writing it now.
