Enough. I'm honestly confused how there's still confusion on this issue. There is no correlation between Guardians of Magic and any other of my stories in terms of plot. None. If you want to know what happened before the Prologue, you will have to keep reading or infer it from what's already been written in GoM, because anything that happened before the Prologue has never been written out anywhere, period. If you don't know that Dragon Slave came from Slayers, it sucks to be you 
. If you think that they went to this world of Milanus in the Annals of Darkness series and Kairi found out about it there, keep dreaming. In that story there are already so many differences between it and GoM that it makes no sense to try to draw parallels. For one, they've yet to go to Equestria in it; and if they had and these two stories were interconnected, Sora would have shown up here with an automail left foreleg and there would be two bird digimon hanging around with them.
Sorry for the spoilers, but seriously, Annals of Darkness and Guardians of Magic are in completely different AUs, I mean, here, just take a look at a snipped from AoD's current plot arc and tell me if it and GoM could possibly be connected after having read the last 15 chapters of GoM.
"Alright everybody," Yuffie shouted, kicking back from the Decimator's shield, "let's do this!" Her hands quickly went through a series of motions, and she seemed to flicker for a moment. Nine copies of her appeared in a line in the air, and as one, all of them raised their right hands up. Electricity crackled around the gloves covering their right hands as the copied and original materia activated, and all ten Yuffies shouted at once as they pushed their Keyblade-wielding hands towards the shield, firing ten bolts of white lightning at it. They could only watch as the Heartless emblem in the centre of the shield absorbed them all, and began to glow much brighter than it had been.
A shudder of dread went down everyone's spines. "Aw shit," Roxas said.
"Scatter!" Kairi screamed! No one needed telling twice. Reacting on pure fear, their group did as Kairi said and dropped to the ground, spreading apart as quickly as they could.
Please not me. Please not me. Please not me, Sora thought rapidly. Please don't attack me.
Dibs out! Dibs out! Dibs out! Naminé's thoughts whirled.
Don't come after me with that, Roxas pleaded. Please, please, don't hit me with that.
Oh crap! Oh crap! Oh crap! Yuffie chanted in her head. Running. Running. Running!
Bring it, Riku dared, I dare you. Come on, come at me. Only me, don't hit them. Come after me!
Miss, miss, miss, miss! Kairi prayed. Athena, if you have any power to do anything right here, right now, please let it miss whoever it goes after, and please let it not be me!
By sheer fluke, all six of them looked over their shoulders at once. Dodger, Sunni, and White Fang had also scattered at Kairi's call, but the Decimator wasn't directing its shield at any of those three. Its sword was held loosely in its right hand, fingers gripping the side of the shield to assist in aiming it. Lines of light were glowing all along the shield's face like veins, bursting with the combined magical energies it had absorbed from their many attacks, and all of it was being amplified by the emblem in the centre. The Heartless emblem was more than glowing now, it was pulsing with energy, a half-sphere forming outside of it like a boss. The Decimator shifted slightly to its right, and angled the shield down towards one of the running figures.
"Dammit!" Naminé cursed. "Why me? Why'd you have to choose me!?"
So really, how can the two of them be connected without something like this having been mentioned, also bringing up the point that in AoD, Riku and Yuffie are dating and Roxas and Naminé have their own bodies. If you aren't even going to read Annals of Darkness to discover that there is no possible way in which the two fics are related, then stop trying to think that they are.

You need to create a flowchart or something to explain what is and isn't canon from Annals of Darkness. Seriously. It would makes things so much easier for everyone.
