Taking a Break · 6:03pm Mar 16th, 2014
I am officially taking a break from writing My Little Pony fanfiction. I can't juggle MLP fanfiction along with my other (paid) writing work anymore. I might write more MLP fanfics when I'm done with my other work, and I might not.
Instead of leaving my remaining stories unfinished, I rushed them to completion. All except for one, which I barely started. I figured I would leave it here as a going-away present.

Queen Chrysalis was glowing with excitement. Her evil plan to take over Equestria was almost complete! Everypony was completely fooled by her deception, despite the fact that she acted nothing like the real Princess Cadance.
[transition paragraph]
Princess Cadance held open court for an hour each day. Queen Chrysalis didn't see the point of this, but she had to keep up appearances. So at 11:00 AM, she opened up the doors to her chambers, hoping that nopony stupid would bother her.
Her hopes were dashed when a purple baby dragon waddled into the room.
"Um...Princess Cadance?" Spike asked.
"What is it?" Chrysalis snapped.
Spike pawed at the ground nervously. "You're the Princess of Love, right?" he asked. "I need some romantic advice."
Ugh. Stupid dragon.
"There's a pony I like, but I don't know what to do about it," Spike said. "She's older than me, and she's a different species, and—"
"You spineless, cowardly excuse for a dragon!" Chrysalis said. "You're going to let something useless like that get in your way?"
"Huh?"
"Love is powerful and delicious," Chrysalis said. "You must grab it whenever you can, as quickly as you can! If she does not love you, make her love you!"
"How do I do that?"
"Kiss her already!!!!"
I'd like to see someone take up this idea, but I'm not sure if you're putting this story idea up for adoption. I don't think I could pull it off, as even though I love Spraity I can't forsee Spike trying to just up and kiss Rarity because someone told him to.
Aww. I'll miss you!
