so if any of you know how to get a group Admin up for when a group admin leaves no successors, Please let me know.

As for the Admin thing, I think you have to PM a Mod that the Admin of a group has went AWOL. Try Obscelesence; he's handled a few of those cases and can probably switch Adminship to you.
