When I put down Legion Chapter 1, I was expecting it to take a day or two to get to where Pink is at. BUT NOOO. I get 50 some favorites and 2-3 watchers. Now that it is almost 100 favorites, I just wonder this one question.
What the hell did I do right? With these numbers I feel slightly pressured into writing more chapters for this story. (Hopefully I don't turn this into a Malideus knock off) And as I sit here drinkin my tea, writing Chapter 3, I wonder what dragged you all into this story (Besides being in LoHaV). Was it Mr. Happy? Did he force you here? I personally believe this is a better story than the others in the respect that I can take some freedom with writing with others (eventually if ever), while the others are just because I tried to do something. (Although ToA was to help me get something out, and not for the sake of sympathy)
Well i am in the story for its interesting concept. A roman Centurion (with magic) in equestria.. that idea does not come easily to somebody that can write... also i have been playing ryse : son of rome giving me more of an interest in this story seeing as you can put load of that came and roman mythology and behaviour in your story or just continue how your doing now which is perfect already

2047077 not only.. you know hydras and all that right? make your legion beat them or even domesticate them! Then there is the architecture, where they take over a castle or village (old pony sister castle) and rebuild it in roman standards, fortificate it and where they can create armies from.
you could make it that an entier new rome could be made and "The New Roman Empire " where they would build an aqueduct from the everfree and all ponies are just amazed at the humans will to survive, even wihout magic and weather controll. At last comes the Aarmies where you can use their formations and fighting style could be shown, but also war contracptions like the scorpion or an catapult, if not say that they domesticated some of the animals in the everfree and use them to battle or as pets. The Colloseum is also a big point as it could be rebuild in the long run and later on you could say that they brought pegasi with bound wings, unicorns with bound horns and normal earth ponies in to fight some of the everfree monsters or even themselves! there are many things you could use for your story man, just think about the roman culture and how you could bind it in!
2047077 With gods... hmmm for that i dunno what to do with them as they havent done anything wrong to our legion... doesnt mean he or in future they couldnt be used as pieces on a giant chessboard of the gods he he he
2048354 How about this... you follow that idea make your version (have it as a commander or whoever) I'll probably take the structure idea but you have kinda seen where is home used to be.
2048996 im sorry but with me i dont seem to find writing quite as enjoying as reading and get easily pressured by it ... after long times it just bores me to no end and i start reading something and completely forget about what i wrote ... that is another problem i forget to much about things and only remeber things that are personally important to me really
