Sorry for the lack of updates on SoE3 and anything else I promised. I've been busy with school, social life, relationships and work. Whenever I'm not working, I'm either in school or doing homework. After staying at work or school most of the day I don't have the energy to write SoE the way I want to. The rare days I have off is either spent with friends or spent getting stuff done I've been putting off involving larger matters than ponies. I know, I know... ponies come first, but I've been having to make difficult decisions I wish were never presented before me. I'm sort of at a standstill and can't promise you when the next update will be. I hope I can finish the next chapter this month, and if Celestia grants it, release a new fiction.
Again, I'm sorry for avid readers of my series. Just know that I'm not putting the series on hiatus, and that I'm always thinking of where I want to take my stories. You wouldn't believe how much time and effort I've mentally invested in this story, and how much I think about it on a day-to-day basis. It would pain me to let it waste away unfinished.
