I've been very busy lately with the start of the semester. I haven't even begun to write chapter 11, but before you track down where I live and kill me, I wanted to let you know that I am going to start as of next week. Not only will I write the next chapter, but finish three more before I even release the first one. Which means I will release it every other week. Right now the biggest issue I'm facing is that I have 1 editor who quit, and 1 who is very busy for upcoming exams. So the biggest challenge will be the waiting part. I will also go back and edit all the previous chapters. E.T.A on the next chapter should be very late october to early november.
P.S I appriciate the favorites and all, however, for those of you who favorite the story, I would appriciate even more if you liked it as well. Its better than crack and takes half the effort to get. its also a strong motivator for me to continue to write.

*UPDATE* I originally released this update as a chapter, and as I did, I got a comment telling me the story has been featured (1 hour after release). I didn't expect it in a million year to happen. I guess I will be starting to write sooner than I even thought. Though it sucks that the story got featured when I didn't release the next chapter.
UPDATE* 3 hours after release. 1.5k words written so far. The story being featured was the boost I needed.
BTW, it is against the site rules to post chapters which do not have story content for the very reason you mentioned - putting an entry into the feature box without any actual content is disappointing for people. That's what the tagged story posts are for.
2495709 Yup, and I was informed about an hour after the update that it wasn't allowed by a moderator. So I removed the chapter and put up the blog post.
It was starting to look like you got hit with the curse I warned you about.
2497061 In an hour, I've written 1500 words. A third of the chapter is finish in less than an hour. The biggest time killer has been me trying to reach gold league in league of legends. Now I've finished that goal.
