Writing a song for Halloween

So... yeah. I have another song in progress. And yes, it is based off of Flutterbat's Return (though it won't be overly obvious). Here's all I have so far, it ain't much, but it's a start:

Your blood is splattered on the floor
Your heart's not beating anymore
The blood's not flowing in your veins
Yet you're still tugging at the reins

I told you, it ain't much.
I plan to post it with the final chapter or the day before, just to get the hype up. Anyway, the next chapter is almost done, so expect it to be released tomorrow. I'll try to finish it off today if I can.

I guess this song doesn't match what you're aiming for, but since my first reaction was "hey, that verse matches this song", I keep hearing the chorus "Do you do you do you do you, do you wanna be a zombie" in my head. (or, perhaps, "are you are you going to be, are you gonna be a zombie").

My friends keep telling me I should keep my thoughts to myself. I can't figure out why.
