Because she's the biggest bitch in all of Equestria.
Her being a drill sergeants. She was fine when she was just being a drill sergeant. However she is actually BAD at being a drill sergeant, a REAL one would've yelled at Lightning Dust for breaking the rules, but Spitfire downright PRAISED disobedience to the point where she almost got 5 civilians killed.
And she had the audacity to say "how dare you" to RD as if RD was the one in the wrong. And Lightning Dust only did those bad things because Spitfire TOLD her to. Everything bad that happened in that episode was because of Spitfire's irresponsibility and recklessness.
Why does Rainbow want to join the Wonderbolts? They'll some day leave her for dead in a ditch just to win a race.
