Hey guys! I know that many of you read my stories, and while not all of them are up to snuff, often written in a fast-paced fashion and few details (which will always be my bane and downfall as a writer), I thought that if you guys loved the stories I write here on FIM Fiction, perhaps you should check out my non-pony works on dA! I'll leave you with a sample of my most recent series, "The Legend of the Dragon Guardians"!
"When did I first become a Dragon Guardian? It's quite a tale to tell, actually. It is however quite lengthy, so perhaps you should pull up a chair."
I suppose I should give you the details. I'm currently sitting in a maximum security prison interrogation room. The other dragons are being held and questioned elsewhere in the facility. It's really all my fault. I wasn't careful enough with my powers and now me and my friends are trapped inside a government prison. The government is trying to train us and use us as their own personal slaves. Well...they call us "Super Soldiers". Ridiculous. They're simply trying to abuse the powers we have to lengthen their own reach of military control on the world.
But I digress, it could've been a whole lot worse. I've seen many a strange thing in this facility. Things the government is trying to hide. Things the government is trying to keep me quiet about. By any means necessary. That being said, we have to sit like a dog while they wave a bone in front of our faces.
Oh silly me, you haven't the faintest idea what I'm talking about, do you? I suppose you opened this book and expected a proper prologue with what happened first and the origins and so forth, but I've gone and dropped you into the middle of the story! I'm sorry, that's my mistake. Allow me to fill in the gaps for you and start this off right.
Where to begin, however? I suppose I should tell you how it all began. What's that? You say I should tell you how it all started in the first place? Well that means I have to tell you how I became a Dragon Guardian. What? No, I do not guard dragons. I am a dragon! What am I protecting? Well that comes later. In the mean time, I suppose we should get on with the story.
So you want to know how I became a Dragon Guardian? Well, the tale is quite lengthy...
