2015

Good evening, watchers and readers,

I hope you all are having a lovely holiday and are celebrating it with your family and friends. Please don't waste this time on petty arguments, wasteful activities, and lingering grudges. Don't look back at your days of youth with envious longing. Experience everything you can before you're not allowed to. Seek to heal old wounds and promote the building of bridges. This is not a time to waste. Be merry. Forget--if momentarily--your worries and failures. Spend these days knowing that you won't be reliving them ever again the same way.

And that's all I'll say about that.

This year was a rough, unfulfilled year for me, but I'm glad I rode it out though, because if I didn't, I wouldn't have learned anything from it. My interests for certain things (more importantly fan fiction writing) is slowly changing and the drive to finish anything I've started years ago is coming to a standstill. That doesn't mean I don't think about it, because I still do plenty of times a day, though I feel no need to finish this fiction. The story itself is slowly going downhill and I don't see a way to mend it back together the way I want it to. Right now, I don't see this story ending the way I want it to, so at the moment it will remain at a standstill, with me posting chapter updates whenever I finish them and on no set agenda. I might post a new story though, just to see how well it's received. If things go the way I want it to, I might make a comeback, but the chances of things going my way aren't very likely.

I'm happy, but full of regret. It's a strange feeling. I sometimes wish I would have been more active in this community, other times I'm glad I wasn't. In a sense, I do live up to my username, which makes me smile. I don't know what 2015 holds, but I hope I'm still around doing something productive on this site. I learned a long time ago that making promises on the internet is a bad choice to make, so I won't be doing so in this blog.

I'm sorry for letting some of you down by not finishing Savior. The few of you who stuck around have really inspired me to keep going, but even if you all were a vast amount of watchers begging me to go on, I don't think I could. Sorry my opinions and goals are so fickle.

I hope you all have a great Christmas and get lots of candy! I hope 2015 is a year of promise for all of us.
