A Few Story Ideas and a Lot of Copy/Paste · 2:53am Feb 19th, 2015
First, I guess I'll go with the simplest, and best explained.
Celestia is caught by an opposing side during a war, but wakes up with no memory of who she is, or what is going on. Forced to live as a prisoner for reasons she does not remember to a race she does not remember, she strives to make the best of it in her cramped little cave. Unable to raise the sun, which is the only reason her captors wanted her, her treatment becomes worse. Eventually Twilight and a few others break in to save her, yet she doesn't remember her, or anyone she previously knew.
Idea Two: Dilexi Vos
Looking back with a solemn expression, Twilight lit her horn. The guards raised their spears and lit their horns, preparing to intercept and receive. Making eye contact with Celestia, Twilight's horn faded as her hoof lit up. With a sickening crack, she lifted her hoof and brought it against the ground. The impact left a small purple fissure, which trailed behind the portal. Tears in her eyes, she turned towards the portal, and stepped through.
Immediately, Celestia closed the portal, and spoke. "Let that be a lesson to you all, nopony, no matt-," she trailed off looking at the far wall of the throne room. Upon it were the glowing purple cracks that Twilight had left. Dilexi Vos.
Through the silence, only Celestia's whisper could be heard. "I feel I've made a terrible mistake.”

Idea Three: A huge Fever dream, with most of the WTF cut out. (I'm telling you, I've been playing too much Minecraft.)
A few deep space explorers on the hunt to find a new planet to which they could possibly populate. A hitch in their plan comes when they find a sentient, but seemingly benevolent white horse lady. Celestia allows the explores to settle and found in a little area, and things are going well. They've established a few things like electricity and a food source. But no word comes from the supposed civilization or the white ruler that they met when they first arrived.
Then a few of their own begin to go missing in the night, showing up a few days later with cruel experiments attempted on them. One with legs that look to be broken into a quadrupedal stance. Another with his hands melded together to form one appendage with 10 fingers. With no way to get back, the settlers had no idea what to do. Five remained, the rest had been taken and returned, all with silver sclera to mark those tainted. One of the five volunteers to go beyond the borders of their camp in order to find the source of the cruel experiments. He comes upon a large castle, to which he thinks is a suitable place to begin his search. As he searches the castle, the explorer notices it is empty, yet clean. Beginning to look in the rooms he sees bones, the bones of horses. A few catch his attention. A set of bones left on a bed with a long horn and large skeletal wings. A circle of 5 bones, one with a horn, two with wings, and two with neither. He comes upon a room, filled with quiet sobbing and enters. He sees the white queen upon her throne, a purple unicorn, bound and crying next to her and one of the people from his camp on her other side. The explorer, unnoticed, steels his nerves and asks Celestia, "Why have you done this?" Looking up at the human, the purple unicorn begins sobbing harder and shaking her head. Celestia, taking notice of the human stares at him, keeping her expression solemn.
"Why have I done everything I've done? For the good of my kingdom, why else? They've lost faith in me as a ruler, and went to war with me. Now the few that are left hide out in some dark cave. I've tried to make them see that it was one mistake, one slip. You know that right Twilight?"
The purple unicorn, Twilight, only cried harder.
"They haven't seen that it was just a mistake, my sister should NOT have tried to contact other worlds without my permission! She should NOT have been conversing with them without my consent! I only gave her a proper punishment, her and those helping her go behind my back"
"But alas, they won't come out. That's fine, I'll only make my own ponies to rule over. I'll be the Queen and Twilight my Princess, and she won't betray me, right Twilight?"
Celly: That's all I remember in detail.
Celly: After that it's just Unbind Twi and the Human, find Luna's link to outside civilizations, and get the Camp there while facing Celestia's wrath.
Celly: Then establish another civilization at the planet in which they arrive.
Celly: I think the main character, human, was kid training to be a cop for the little camp. At all times didn't want to be a cop, but after he ventures out and saves his colony, decides to go ahead with it.
The few ideas that I've had in the past that I highly doubt will ever get written into a story by anyone ever, but they've been sitting around for so long that I thought I'd let them out. Bad grammar, sentence structure, and bad just about everything on that last one, but it was written withing 5 minutes of me waking up.
Then I realize that all of these stories include Celestia...
