Handyman problems

*have trouble finishing chapter, hear advice you should work on something else for a while as a form of creative crop rotation*

*Start up work again on that sci fi story I've been working on*

*stop and return to BM*

*repeat until you are left rubbing your eyes in frustration*

Yeah I can see this being a problem.

Next chapter will be up on Monday, just in a weird mood this week, buried my aunt, cancer if you must know, and my brother-in-law caught an explosion to the face. He's fine though.

Now my sci fi story isn't quite like this but it probably should be.

There are two pieces of advice I have to offer in a writer's block situation.

1.) Allow yourself to write garbage. Get the words on the paper, no matter how terrible you think they may be.
2.) Every day, get at least 400 words written down no matter what.

Repeat until the chapter is done.
This is what works for me anytime I'm having trouble getting the words on the paper. Hopefully it'll be of some use to you.
