Having been on this site for about a month,, a couple of suggestions for posting stories:
1) If you have less than 5,000 words, and your story is not yet finished, don't post. If you can't get to that figure at all, best to find out before you post a story that will never be finished. It's also kinder to your readers if you actually give them something chunky enough to actually bite into during your first post. Seriously there's no point posting just 500 words that do not, and will never, do, say, or go anywhere.
2) While humans in Equestria can be fun, can we please stop dumping bronies in Equestria? Self-insertion is marginal at best, and that's before you sart adding the metafiction value of the OC already knowing the main cast. Also, we already half half a dozen versions of My Little Human. Even if you're writing just for fun, if you want to publish, please try and include some genuine origonality for the rest of us to enjoy.
