In celebration of my newly founded group, The Cookie Crusaders, I publish my favourite cookie recipe! Eat it up!

Ingredients:
- 400g Fat (Butter is best)
- 400g Sugar, the finer the better, best are liquids like Honey or Maple Syrup
- 8 Soupspoons of cream
- 300g Mixed stuff (50% Chocolate (The darker the better), 10% Baking Cocoa, 40% Nuts (Nutmix: 55% Hazelnut, 25% Almonds, 20% Walnuts), Spices (e.g.: Cinnamon))
- 700g Flour, full grain at best
- 4 Teaspoons of baking powder
- Amaretto or something similar
- Whatever you think fits in a cookie

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Put butter and sugar in a bowl and warm it shortly up in the microwave and stirr it until it is a smooth, viscous mass, then add the cream.
Wrap the nuts and the chocolate in a piece of fabric, and hit it repeatedly with a wooden hammer until the pieces have reached the correct size.
It doesn´t matter if some of the pieces are still quite large - as long as most are small.
The pieces of nuts and chocolate are mixed with the cocoa powder, the spices, and maybe with other stuff.
This whole lot is poured into the Butter-Sugar-Mass and stirred into turoughly.
Some Amaretto is mixed in, too.
The flour is mixed into the batter along with the baking powder.
If the batter is too dry, add more Amaretto or cream.
If it is too fluid, add flour.
Stir the batter good and long, then form walnut-sized balls of it.
Put these on a baking tray laid with baking parchment, and press them flat with a fork.
Bake them for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Let them cool on a wire grid.
And...
Finished!
