Wow, that hiatus went by faster than I thought it would.

So much happening today. Some things happened today not related to MLP but are big for me anyways. And I mean, obviously the story resumes a week from now... but then the Friendship Games trailer dropped. Screw everything else. Sunset Shimmer.

Okay, you can also have your Science Twilight too.

In all seriousness, I liked what I saw from the trailer. I have no thoughts one way or another on how the movie will play out but there was one little scene in the trailer that caught my attention. It appeared like in a contest of mathematics, Sunset Shimmer was able to best Science Twilight. I'm so glad that they are going to capitalize on Sunset's former role as Celestia's student because, when it comes down to it, I think having that level of intellect is a basic requirement there. So finally they show it. But to me it makes sense, since Science Twilight didn't attempt to write a mathematically based spell that takes up an entire book.

In more immediate matters, I'm actually not sure how I managed to do it but I managed to get nearly an entire week ahead in my writings. Typically it takes me around two weeks to write 5,000 words, which thus far is the average length of a chapter (at least I think so). I managed to do that in a week and a half already and if all goes well, I'm about to do it again.

Which that's great because I can get these chapters out more promptly and do them one after the other. Which that's what I was aiming for all along. Close enough!
