Skarsnik asked:
Dot, What do you think of the mare your sister is dating?
I think Winterspear is great! She's actually the best marefriend Iridescence has had in my opinion. All the others were so snobby and mean. They never wanted to color with me or play. Winterspear does all of that! We're friends.
Mikesnipe asked:
Silent Knight, What type of music do you enjoy? Do you listen to music while working or is it an off-duty luxury only?
I much prefer orchestral music and anything with a choire. Anything with a drum and fife is motivating. Popular music just doesn't make any sense to me. I never understand the lyrics. As far as listening to music at work it isn't really appropriate for guards. Music can be loud and also distracting. Staying silent and being vigilant is important.
Jasmine Tea asked:
Silent Knight, has Crystal ever ask you about the nox-ponies or what Haven is like?
While information on Haven and the nox ponies is no longer classified it isn't something that we generally discuss. As they move towards reintroducing them to Equestria I'm sure more will come out. The Princess just didn't want a bunch of reporters flying down there for stories. Crystal knows about Crimson and Tranquil. We've talked a little bit but she's pretty much learned not to ask about my job. I guess she got tired of hearing me say classified.
Mountaineer28 asked:
Anzel, In the Quill & Blade universe, are the Elements of Harmony (the artifacts, not the ponies) the most powerful magical force in Equestria? I know you mentioned in one chapter of Secrets that the Elements of Harmony wouldn't be strong enough to take on Luna if the darkness found her again. So I guess I'm kind of asking which one of the two is more powerful, the Elements or Alicorns?
Awesome question that I'll have to slightly dance around so as not to spoil anything. If you were to set the Elements of Harmony (the artifacts) next to an alicorn the alicorn would always be more powerful. That is simply because the EoH are, more or less, nothing without somepony to wield them.
When they are in use by an appropriate barer they are extremely powerful. Twilight Sparkle with the Element of Magic could certainly give an alicorn a challenge.
What Celestia was getting at, however, is that non-alicorn ponies have limits. Alicorns are limitless. The EoH are foci that grow power exponentially. Thus, in the hooves of an alicorn the EoH would be far more powerful and Celestia suggests that that is what will be required to face the coming storm.
Assuming she was being wholly honest.

Thanks for answering my question.
I was just curious because I know every author has their own interpretations on how the EoH work and how powerful they are.
