Put on a timer and stare on the screen until it stops for 15 minutes, force yourself to sit there and try to think of something to write(and try to write) for the entire duration, I have a similar problem to this and that's how I solve it.

Either that or just try to write anything, even it its just unrelated pure randomness, not something you would take seriously or release, just something completely random. I actually wrote a couple paragraphs of a bad sonic fanfic with my eyes closed faster than I could type accurately, my friend wrote dirty limericks. I don't know why that helps but it definitely helps me, and my friend actually got something written for the first time in like six months.
