Harvest Day II : They still suck · 10:25pm Nov 29th, 2015
So here is the original post to catch you all up to speed.
So I linked the blog and g doc to many skype groups, many of them having editors, proofreaders, and established writers. I got their notes, edits, suggestions. did everything they did because they know how to pass moderation stage. I did everything they told me, these are guys and gals who have hit feature boxes, gotten interviews by presentperfect, you all get the idea
But, still.......
I have one left in the chamber, out of ideas. I still look at other stories that are worse than mine (which is pretty shit in its own right) pass with no issues. There are stories of mine that have no characterization and I'm not afraid to admit it, yet they passed moderation.
Now I'm starting to think that its probably not because of that... i think something is up here.

Edit: so one of the guys looking at this gave me a idea. im going to just add it to save the last dance for me and make it part of a chapter series. The plan was for a one shot series to lead to its conclusion to a chapter series. but hey i guess i can just do it now
If you feel you're being unfairly singled out, take it up the chain of command (IE Message one of the other admins/Mods) with a polite and well thought out response detailing all the facts in this situation. Above all, don't be antagonistic.
Include all the edits and changes, provide examples and make your case as clearly as possible, then ask for another moderator to review your story's submission, because you feel they are being unfairly critical, given that you've followed their instructions and still have not met their standards.
On a side note, if this story is a sequel to and/or related to a story you already have submitted, add it as a chapter to that story.
3579608 Good thinking. The first one who rejected this related story (before this one decided to do the same) also rejected a story that I sent for approval. I did a revamp on the story and found out that it was approved by someone else. I think he needs to take it up with the higher chain of command to look into their approval process. If they don't know what they are doing, then they need to have their powers rejected.
They are either singling you out or they just suck at modding.
