This Site Has Rules?

This site has rules? Where do I view them? I see the FAQ and chat room links on the bottom of the page. And I see on the right side of the frontpage mention OF rules that are updating. But I don't actually see any link to view the rules.

Found out that the rules only show up in the submissions page. I was ready to complain against having rules that cause previously-submitted fics not be hidden away from readers as it does directly effect the readers when their favorite works suddenly disappear, but I guess it that rules posting was never meant to be particularly exclusive.
