If I had to vote for one person to be president this year, it's Sanders.
America is doomed if Trump wins.
I don't typically trust politicians of any stripe, even the ones I like. But I do like Bernie Sanders, much the same way I liked the old American ambassador for Belgium, I forget his name. He went around the country to improve relations, and he more recently defended us in light of the terrorist links.
But Bernie? Main thing I can say about him is that he's the only candidate who doesn't outright badmouth his competitors (at least as far as our press has shown him). Compared to Hillary *shudder* it wouldn't be a contest, if I had to vote on it.
Fun fact, btw: down here, voting is mandatory. Even when it's illegal. Which it has been.
