Updates! Q&A, Sales, and Other Stuff · 6:24pm Feb 26th, 2016
Hey guys!
Right, so first things first, here's a cross-post from Unusual Things to give you guys a bit of an update on what's going on there, and then I'll get into what you can expect over here:
You guys should just be aware that next week marks the one-year anniversary of Unusual Things, which means—of course—that there’s some special stuff floating in the wings. After all, the first birthday is worth celebrating, is it not? Especially with some of the accomplishments that have happened in that time. I won’t give all the details away just yet, since I’ll save those for next week, but I can at least hint at one of them.
The sale.
That’s right. I italicized that one. What would a celebration be without a sale? As I said, no details yet, but if you’ve been waiting on picking up anything, well, get your wallet ready.
Get some questions ready too, while you’re at it.

Right, so next week I hit the one-year mark for Unusual Things, and that one year has actually been pretty good to the site. It's gone from being a very tiny little place to being ... well, a larger tiny place, but one that shows up on the front page of a lot of Google rankings!
Anyway, to make up for my sort of working silence of the last few months (and sort of as a last hurrah before my writing and posting time gets reduced by a part-time job), next week is going to full of more stuff than it has been for the last few months. Both on Unusual Events and here. There, I'm looking at doing a Reddit AMA. Here, that means at least one Dusk Guard Q&A (though again, I can't promise I'll give away more than teasers about certain spoilers), possibly more if I get a lot of responses. Other things? Of course. And, of course, the usual Being a Better Writer post.
Anyway, just a heads up. Next week is going to be busier than most. So keep an eye on both places!
