Eeyup, it's time to say goodbye to 2014 and say hello to 2015, which is oddly enough the year of my twentieth birthday, and a year in which I can hope to turn my life around from being a lazy lout, to being a productive, hard working man. This information is required for your character to be considered for entry, all incomplete submissions will be discarded.

Take note, I will only accept one entry per Creator, more than one entry will result in removal of all entries made by the Creator
