Star Wars Rebels season finale (SPOILERS) · 2:02am Mar 31st, 2016

Well...that was a downer ending.

Not going to do a full recap, but here are the highlights:

Darth Maul is alive and seeking revenge on the Emperor. And others.
Ahsoka fought Vader and died.
Kanan has been blinded. Possibly permanently.
Ezra has begun his turn to the Dark Side.

Yikes.

We know from Jedi such as Rohm Kota that being blind does not hamper one´s abilites from the Force, or with.....Sith like Kreia.

i'll just let this clip speak for itself on how i feel about the season finale

3838145 I can´t recall, but I believe his hatred allowed him to call on the Dark Side to keep himself alive, like Darth Sion. In the comics, he also had robot legs, and fought Ben Kenobi

3838132 And the Miraluka.

3838167 Ah yes, Visas Marr

Personally, I'm hoping that the whole "Jar Jar Binks is secretly a Sith Lord" theory is revealed to be canon. Because seriously, how great would THAT plot twist be?

Ahsoka fought Vader and died.

Figured that was going to happen.

Ezra has begun his turn to the Dark Side.

Saw that coming a mile away.

This is one of the reasons I dislike Rebels. There is no posssible way for the show to have a happy ending, because Episode 4 has to happen, and since none of the oringal charaters introduced in the show exist in the Orignal Trilogy, they pretty much have to die.

3838132 Yup, you can still see through the force.

It was ridiculous with the whole spinning-lightsaber-helicopter thing.:facehoof: Most of the other stuff was just... wow.:unsuresweetie:

3838429 Or we just never see them

Kanan has become the new Kota.

3838470 Yeah, the Sithcopters were...just dumb.

3838429 It's the journey, not the destination.

I think Ahshoka lives. There was this white shape entering dorway in the end. She is left there to be used if writers will need her.

I liked Maul here, but I prefer if his betrayal would be more subtle. Flying inquisition is dumb.

3838661 I can understand that viewpoint, but you'll be watching it and think: "Will Ahsoka beat Vade... Oh."

3838429 It will likely end with Ezra turning completely evil and eventually having a one on one fight with Kanon, like how Anakin fought with Obi Won, but only one would be victories.

3838660 That shouldn't even be possible in the Star Wars universe. I mean, we had General Grievous able to spin his lightsabers just as fast as the inquisitors' lightsabers, but he wouldn't have been able to take off. It was just a stupid idea that they did.

I think we have a case of Schrödinger's Asoka. I'm pretty sure that she's alive, but then again it would make more sense for her to be dead.
