About an hour ago, user ViolentlyIrrelevant let me know that he not only enjoyed "Adagio", but he did a reading of it.

This marks the first time anyone has ever done a reading of any of my stories. It's quite an honour and really makes the small effort I put into these stories feel worthwhile.
Though, to be honest, I'm rather surprised. I always thought if any story of mine would get a reading, "Sunset" would be first (and probably only). Probably for the best, as when I was rereading it about a week or so ago, I discovered a bunch of typos I can't believe I missed the first ten times. I'm usually much better about that. But "Sunset" was only my second story on this site and I wrote the inner monologue while half-asleep.
Yes, I've thought about doing readings of these stories myself, but I thought that might be too self-serving. Besides, I want people to enjoy my stories, not fall asleep to my boring voice.
I wouldn't mind hearing a story of yours read by you. By the way congratulations on the youtube video posting of one of your stories.
Thanks. It's interesting to hear someone else's interpretation of your work. He read it very differently from how I would. That's not a bad thing at all. He made me laugh.
