I wrote a bit of the second chapter · 6:03am Jun 10th, 2016
Not much to say other than I've typed some stuff up and removed a few stupid paragraphs. I didn't do a lot, but I finally did something.
I'm sorry I'm being lazy and pushing it off these past few months, but I just don't want to force myself to write unless I'm in the mood. Otherwise, I might burn myself out a lot quicker and end up putting off writing entirely. I have the ideas and the plot in my head, but trying to write it out is just so hard, and I don't know what's keeping me from doing it.
Is it that I keep going back and fixing things instead of writing everything out first? To be honest, I haven't figured out a nice place to end the chapter, although I am starting to think that what I have written now is good enough. Maybe just adding a few bits and pieces here and fixing some errors will be enough. Hey now, I figured something out in the moment. Go me!
Anyways, just letting you guys know I did a few things today and that the story is still going on. Maybe I'll finish the chapter while I'm on vacation for the next two weeks. Who knows.
As always, thanks for reading.
NYET!
You don't only write when you're "In the mood," that is the Hallmark of a story that is doomed to die before the conclusion. You write every day. You get better. You don't pussy out. You don't only write when "you feel like it."
You write.
Every day.
4015201 Does it really work? I mean, I see people say that sometimes but...
Idk, I'll try that.
4016657 It is the only way to write. Otherwise, stories wind up dead.
