Was curious about Warcraft's updates since I was last there, and there's been a bunch of changes that have held my attention lately. Almost done with the next chapter of Twisted, and did just a little more on Sub (likely going to put out a big update for Substitute when I get around to it, like several chapters).

I'll try not to let Blizzard steal much more of my time.

I have a friend who returned back to WoW, he is playing hardcore now. Back when he was playing semi hardcore he was almost going to kicked out of university. Simply lost lives, don't do the same.

4152849 biggest thing I've seen so far is the animation changes for some of the classes. Hunters got raptor and mongoose strike back as well. Haven't checked out the casters, and demon hunters are kinda meh for me.

4152874 look up Absolute Virtue raid boss for Final Fantasy 11. If ever I get to the point that I'm willing to participate in an 18 hour single boss battle( that's right, that's the one boss alone, not a full raid), I ask that someone put me out of my misery.

4153936 Usual one heroic boss took far more than a week back in cataclysm. There were this fire bug on flying ship I believe that boss took far more than 200 hours alone and they still did not kill it until it was nerfed.

4154004 but how long was each attempt? I don't remember any wow boss taking several hours per fight.

4154167 they rage at 30 mins usually, but to kill it for the first time takes many many tries. Accumulated time for each boss is far beyond 50 hours. With so many people in your group someone will make mistake and with low item level in game requires very low error tolarence. So party gets wiped, try it again and again for weeks for a single boss fight.

And they don't stop until all the bosses on hardest difficulty are dead.
