Yes, this is an actual thing that is actually happening in this real world right here and now.
I mean, if you guys really wanna sign it, by all means you can sign it. Obviously hearts out to Harambe and it really is unfortunate that his death happened, especially because of some shit parent who couldn't keep an eye on their kid.
Of course, if this actually happens, it'll have to be in the next generation and a few things will have to be changed around. For one, I don't think parents would take too kindly to a Pokemon ability called Meat Shield, and maybe the name would have to change a bit. But other than that, I really wonder where this whole thing is gonna go by the end of the day. Link to the petition down below if you want to sign it and have a chance of making a Harambe Pokemon:

HARAMBE was a male gorilla that was shot and killed a few months ago due to a 3-year-old kid that fell into his den because the kid's parent couldn't keep an eye on him for five fucking seconds. Apparently obtaining a male gorilla in Harambe's species of gorilla was rare, so it is quite possible that parent just endangered the species. Everyone of course learned of this so in memory of Harambe, they created a meme of him.
