4230227 Actually yes, very slowly, though it is primarily strategy games, such as CKII at this point and I'm getting back into Fallout 3, at long last. I haven't done anything like let's plays since my college days when I did livestreams of myself playing Ocarina of Time for my friends (I had never played that game before so it was all new to me) and my angry and bewildered reactions where a riot. I'd happily do such like again, but I am afraid I simply lack the privacy to do so these days.

Everything ok? I noticed your increasing gap between chapter releases. I mean, it's good to see you writing and still active, considering how long the story is already, but the new chapters seem to be coming at slower pace than before. Just asking if everything's okay or if it's just slow because of hitting Writer's block.... or is it because you're rewriting earlier chapters and editing them in order to fit the constantly changing cannon? or just either RL distractions or just general laziness?
Well, whatever the reason, Keep on writing. We enjoy your story, even if there's noticeable time gap between chapters, we will continue to read them and support you. Though seriously, Shocks is right, it's time you throw goals into the engine and start boosting through, otherwise you'll find yourself sitting in front of the screen, realizing that last time you wrote a chapter was ten months or longer ago.
Helpful hint: no need to actually go into every monday, try..... Every month, on the Second monday, a new chapter release. If you can do that, then you're on the road to breaking this slow descend and rising to the skies with two or more chapters per month again.
4234108 My problem is I am recovering from what I can only really describe as a 'Break' of some kind. It wasn't pretty nor was it healthy, and after a year of that bullshit I have been stuck in a rut of wanting to write but when it comes down to it, I can barely write more than a few words or sentences before leaving the thing to collect dust for upwards of a month before I draw the strength to finish it. It isn't just pony shit, its my other projects and commitments too (I do a lot of writing, most of it is bullshit but I am trying to get into the self-publishing market but I cant bring myself to write anything for that either, ideas and desires be damned). Hell I even fell out of playing video games for half the damn year and I lost some weight from the stress of it all. I have since gained it back, which is a pity because I could have done without it. I couldn't really enjoy anything or relax or put my mind at ease or whatever you want to call it, and I'd rather not go back into lingering on the details.
In short, this year kind of broke me, and I couldn't really enjoy things anymore the way I used to, you'll notice I no longer respond to comments the way I used to and my usual humour has suffered a lot this past year. All the comments about 'taking my time' are appreciated but weren't helpful since I would have given ANYTHING to have been able to just throw myself wholly into something to clear my head, but simply could not.
I apologise for the increasing lengths in waiting for each chapter, but at this point I don't think it can be really be helped.

Of course you can help it. Just say to yourself "No, i will not write this later, i will write it now and nothing shall distract me". It's all about the attitude, so Take a firm hand and reach for the goal of at least one chapter each month. Then you can speed up and write two per month, if you're feeling it. Sure, normally i would have said "take your time" but it's time you took action: You even admitted that you want to change.
So, here's a goal you can set for yourself: by 10th or 17th of October, you have written a new chapter. It's all about the attitude, so deny your desires of laziness, take action and change your life.
Also, yeah, i know this comment sounds demanding, i don't want to sound like a mean fan who just cares about the chapters, but sometimes, in order to defeat evil, you must become greater evil.... So yeah, try to set yourself a goal to which you write next chapter. I won't be disappointed nor will i stop reading if you miss the goal date, i will continue to support you whatever you do.
It's up to you now: Will you reach for the stars and deny laziness it's price, or will you fall deeper into it's hold?
