Also, my computer sucks more than a vacuum cleaner. It's case is literally falling apart as it is, and Minecraft is pretty much the only thing that doesn't lag on it anymore.
Specs:
Pentium g2030
8gb no-name RAM
Nvidia GT 720
320 gb WD hard drive + off-brand 250 gb drive for backing up various files
2 non-functional DVD drives I haven't bothered dealing with
Multifunction internal card reader that works depending on how hard you wish
Windows 7 pro
500 watt PSU
Asus socket LGA 1155 motherboard
HP model w2408h widescreen display - One of the few nice-looking things plugged into my PC.
Wireballs. Lots and lots of wireballs.
Additional hardware I occasionally plug into the system to keep it going for as long as possible:
USB hard drive controller - scavenged for $15 at a thrift store
SD card reader - Because I'm tired of waiting for the card to be recognized by the internal reader.
20-something year old keyboard - I have newer and nicer ones, but I like the clicky feel of this one. It helps me write better (if you ask me.)
Polaroid headphones - Got 'em on my birthday.
USB webcam - Video chats with friends
Old Acer laptop - used as a network bridge because I don't have a wifi card for my main system.
My phone - because sometimes I just need to charge it somewhere.
Lots and lots of noisy fans - My computer overheats sometimes.
Random PCI cards I swap out depending on what I do during the day: ranges from additional VGA cards for extra screens to storage controllers.
Also, I'm glad that this list'll change soon in the near future, 'cause I've already got a nice new Gigabyte motherboard sitting in it's wrapper next to me. I just want to get a Core i5 2400 to stick on the thing and the rest I might cannibalize my current system for parts.
