Er... hello there, any followers left.
It's... erm, it's my misfortune to say that "Rob's New Beginnings" is being halted, totally and completely.
That last blog post I had posted was typed with much excitement and enthusiasm.... however, the idea as a whole has wholly stagnated.
I've been writing on this thing-- well, 'writing' meaning 'trying to write for it' for closing up on an entire year now. The last update I pushed through was December of last year. 9 months with nary an update.
That said.... I do not know if it should remain on my page even. It would mean an extreme drop in my view count, but hey - without it I would not have even begun to write pony fanfiction. That, and I am not looking for recognition, not for fame, not looking to be the next AbsoluteAnonymous or SleeplessBrony.
But for those of you who may say 'does this mean you will not write any more fanfiction?', I say 'no'.
No, I will not stop writing... and even now, three ideas and/or conceptions are lined up in my mind.
The first of this is the one chapter I have been originally working on for "RNB". It is based on nothing in "RNB", however. Its only connection would have been a dream state. That is all. I am going to release this as a one-off when I finish it, and have it preread by a friend. And I promise you to make it as great as I can. My goal for it? 12.5k words. I am currently at 2.8k.
The second idea/conception is one I have put off since June/July, and that is a collaboration with a recent acquaintance known as LuMe here. To LuMe: "I am not currently able to start, but come around mid-October, I should be totally ready for you."
The third - and I hope some of you love this idea - is a continuation of "Blood on the Snowfall". Expanding the universe, setting the, well, setting, and implanting the premise - Solar Empire vs. New Lunar Republic civil war - is all in store for that. I need to have a clear head for that one, however, as I have not even begun. Expect an update on that near November.
I humbly and deeply apologize to those expecting more of "Rob's New Beginnings", I really do... it was an ambitious first fanfiction. One I was not completely ready for... but I have a few characters from "RNB" that have NOT been introduced yet, and ones I would love to introduce into later stories.
Please, I would like any and all feedback on any and all of this. It means a lot to me. Regardless if I pull it off or not, "RNB" enters 'Canceled' status as of today. Let me know if I should pull it down, however...

I think that you should let RNB where it is, who knows if you can have some inspiration to continue it someday?
But it's good to know that you're not going to stop writing
