Over a year has passed since Of Flame and Shadow was first released, and I can't thank everyone enough for their support for this story. While it did start off with a very, very rough start, thanks to everyone's support, I managed to continue it and watch it grow into a story that so many can enjoy. But now, the story has ended, but it's not quite over.
Make no mistake. There will be a sequel to Of Flame and Shadow, but much like the Avengers, we first need to explore the stories of two others.
I'm already working on the second chapter of the next story, and I plan on release it some time within the next two weeks. You'll notice some similarities between them, but for the love of Luna, do not expect the story or chapters to be as long as what they were in Of Flame and Shadow! With this one, I intend on keeping the chapters somewhere between 3k-5k words, unlike the 7k-9k from before.

850k words in about a year and a half, so that's... about 1.5k words a day. Not bad for such a long period of time.
Man the timing on this story was great. I had it loaded on my computer in a set tab so I could always come read some of it. And you finished it right as I got to the end of it to lol. But I'm quite curious as to what else you have in store. I'm pretty sure that the boy under the water is Percy, which depending on how you go with it would give you fire, darkness, death, water, and earth, but for the life of me I have no idea about the pony in the crystal. Can't wait to find out who he is and how he's/she's going to round out the powers of this team.
